New Main Library
The New Main Library, a part of the City's plan to update its library system, is planned for Library Circle, the block bounded by 11th and 12th Avenues and J and K Streets, a landmark location on the new Park-to-Bay Link. Construction of the facility is expected to begin in 2005.
