About the Downtown Residential Marketing Alliance
The Downtown Residential Marketing Alliance (DRMA) is a collaboration between the Centre City Development Corporation, the Downtown San Diego Partnership and more than a dozen private residential developers who have joined forces to progressively market, promote and brand downtown San Diego as the ultimate location in which to live, work and play. Adopting the slogan "Simplify your Life...Live Downtown", the DRMA strives to reach those who prefer an urban lifestyle.
The DRMA is a shared cost program with stakeholders collectively and individually supporting the creation of collateral materials, advertising, marketing, media and public relations, website design with associated Webcams, and sales office tracking. Since 1999, the residential population of downtown San Diego has grown by more than 20 percent, and another 10,000 condos are planned over the next three-to-five years. DRMA provides a unified vision for this growing residential community, while continuing to successfully provide marketing support for one of the largest and most popular real estate markets in the country...downtown San Diego.
