Solara Phase II Partners, LLC is planning to construct a 23 story mixed-use project on the north side of Beech Street between Fourth and Fifth avenues. The project will contain 185 condominiums, 273 spaces (223 residential; 50 office)parking spaces, 15,000 sf of office space and 7,910 sf of retail/commercial space. No construction timeline has been established.
